Ebooks (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks are final. Once the ebook has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure that the product description and details meet your needs before completing your purchase.

If you experience any technical issues or have trouble accessing your ebook, please contact our support team at oyisa@onela.co.za, and we’ll assist you to resolve the issue promptly.

Vending Machines (Physical Products)

For vending machines, we offer the following refund and return policy:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for vending machines returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the machine is unused, in its original packaging, and in resale condition. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the vending machine arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Non-refundable Items: Custom vending machines or special orders are non-refundable.
